It's chilly out here from where I live. So it's important to dress accordingly, especially for the weather. Some divas don't bother doing so because they think what they're buying to wear is all about the look, showing off. That's why some of us tend to get sick with colds and flu or fevers or any health problems. You could still look good through all kinds of weather, but you need to pick out clothes for seasonal purposes, it all depends on the color and the thickness of the fabric for the clothes you're wearing.
For example, you can't wear clothes that are light weighted, like sheer, mesh, lace, satin or flannel in the middle of winter. These kinds of fabrics are for the summer only. They're can withstand the summer heat especially from the sun itself.
Instead, wear clothes with thick fabric such as cotton, wool, denim, fleece, velvet, leather, or felt. These fabrics have natural instillation to protect your skin and body from the dangerous winter chills, especially when the winds are blowing.
You can use cotton, denim and leather for all seasons.
For color, I suggests you pick out winter clothes that are neutral and dark colored. For autumn seasons, wear earth toned colors like brown, red, orange, and yellow, just like the falling leaves. Bright colored clothes are for the summer and light colored clothes like pink, lavender, mauve, turquoise, shamrock green, lemon yellow, sky blue and strawberry red are for spring.
White and black are all seasonal, just don't wear all white during winter unless the fabric is real thick and all black during the summer unless it's loose fitting and very light weight.
You can mix and match the colors to coordinate your outfits, but you must do it according to season. If you're going to wear skirts or dresses whether they're long or short, then you need to wear something thick to cover rest of your legs such as thick cotton tights or leg warmers. Your health is much more important than your appearance.
Remember, You don't have to be rich and famous to be a diva, being yourself is what a diva is all about. Blessing!
