Diva health

As women, we must learn to take better care of ourselves as well as well as we take care of our loved ones.  Often times, we devote too much time and attention on everyone who has needs and neglect our health, our wants and needs, our endevours, our dreams, our own lives, mostly inportantly ourself.   For wives, their job is to keep the home clean and cook and care for their husbands.  To the mothers, their job is to take care of the children and rasie them right.  As employees, we devote all our eight hours a day to perform the duties their jobs require of them, sometimes the hours can be longer and much more work than usual.  As businesswoman, we have to bounce from place to place, overseeing everything, making sure business is running smoothly, conducting corprate meeting, statying longer hours for last minute tasks to finish.  For most of us, it's stressful, pressuring, yet challenging.  You might be going though panic attacks, anxiety, depression, mid life crisis, post patum depression, any type of psychological issues you're personally dealing with.

Often times, we tend to neglect our eating habits and choice of food we consume.  Since we mentally trained to be the busybodies, we don't make time to exercise, we engage in poor diet, we don't plan for physical activity.  It is why some of us gain weight, develop conditions of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.

So we need to take time to watch our health on a regular basis.  You can do so by taking regular physical checkups, keep up with visits to the psychiatrist if you're having mental and emotional problems, stay in therapy and on medication if you have physical or mental conditions, take a multi-vitamin daily, exercise daily, do self examinations for breast cancer once a month get plenty of rest, and eat a well-balanced diet.  If pregnant, take extra special care of yourself and your baby.

You can also try these methods like taking a thirty minute break for yourself to relax or if you have more free time, say like two hours, you can take a little cat nap so you'll have the chance to rest your body and put your mind at ease.  This is go for girls-on-the-go with extreme busy schedules.  Try meditation to quiet the mind and soothe the emotions.  Practice yoga postures to relieve tight tension in the muscles.  Do some deep breathing exercises to calm the nerves.  You can do more research on these subjects on youtube.

If you like, you can use alternative medicine to mix.  You can research at home remedies online or you can read Natural Cure They Don't Want You To Know About by Kevin Trudeau.

Rule of thumb: Good health means long living.  So, live for you by taking care of your diva health!

Remember, you don't have to be rich and famous to be a diva, being yourself is what a diva is all about.  Blessings!
