So for this week we'll list our strong points and weak points. On your diva workbook, make a large t - chart, make a top left wrtite down strong points and on the top right weak points. Take some time to think about your strong points. It could be from your talents, the positive side of your personality, your abilities, the skills you mastered or learned, the projects you're proud of doing or took part of, your successes, etc. Now list each one in your strong points column. Do the same in your weak points column. Think about all your troubles, the problems you have, all the bad habits you have, your health issues, your addictions, your disabilities, your flaws, your failures, your obstacles, Anything that is a weakness to you, put them down in your weak points column. Some of you may have short list for each column. That's O.K. If you you have lots and lots of strong points and weak points, write them down. You can use more than one page if you want, just make another T- chart on a new page and continue from there.

How can I enchance one, few, some or all of my strong points?
How can I improve myself from my weak points?
There are many ways you can do so, so take some time coming up with ideas. You can do research on ways for enchancing one or a few particular strong points.
For example, I will use I can sew my own clothes. Some women out there do that these days for numerous reasons. If you can make clothes for yourself to wear, why not make some copies of your creations for other people? You can take classes in fashion design, so you could learn how to sketch unique outfits and dresses. Add some gemstones like rhinetsone, paint, and type of appliques to may your clothing line stand out from other outfits you have seen on TV, books, magazines, catalogs, and fashion shows. You can sell your clothes on the street or on auction websites like Ebay. Retailers cannot resist brand new styles and are willing to pay top dollar to sell your creations for you. The more trendy and unique the clothes, the better the sell. You'll be surpirised by the money you make and the reputation you will build. This can also help you solve some of your financial sistuations and keep you head above water.
To answer the second question, I will use poor time management for example. Between the time you sleep and the time you work or go to school, you function like clockwork, barely taking any short breaks because of obligations, not enough time for family or hanging out with friends, putting off big projects your wanted to do. Thiese kinds of complications can be highly stressful which can health problems like high blood pressure that could lead to serious complications like heart attacks and strokes. First you need to make up a weekly schedule, so you can be reminded of what your will do the next hour, the next days and so on and what are you're suppose to do at this hour. Use and alarm clock to helpyou wake up early in the morning, invest in a hand held timer to alarm you to stop whatever you're currently doing for now and move on to your nest scheduled task. You will also need a support system such as therapist, your family medical doctor, a dietician, and fitness trainer and a spiritual advisor to help you change your habits in eating, become more active physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. You can also include your close friends you traust very much and your family to be included in your support system.
This practice is to help you change the negatives to the positives. We call it self improvement. So while you're making up your 2013 New Yorks resolution, try using this assisgnment for reinforcement.
Remember, you don't have to be rich and famous to be a diva, being yourself is what a diva is all about. Blessings!
